After battling with them over the phone over a Red Duck Curry dish which was full of FAT and no duck meat, they finally agreed to give me a store credit of the amount of the dish. HOWEVER, upon trying to use the credit at my next order, they decided not to charge me the difference but use that credit for the cheapest dish I had ordered which meant that I lost my credit amount and money spent!
This place is full of rude staff who gang up on you very quickly and leave you with no choice but to pay them. Renowned to be kind and understanding people, these guys are nothing but rude and inconsiderate!
Experience and service is everything today - this place can't seem to get it right. UNIMPRESSED - there are much better Thai restaurants in the Hills District.
