  Good drink, Good service, Haven't tried food. Location next to children's play area makes it a good place to sit and enjoy good coffee with kids. If you don't have kids or want the excess noise, I suggest a takeaway

  I'll start off with something positive first. I've always been fond of The Local Trade and have been there for a weekend breakfast many a time with no complaints. Today my wife and I had a pang for a freshly made juice. We went in and ordered two Watermelon juices. Not long later, I see two small (200ml maybe) bottles of watermelon juice come out of the fridge and get poured into takeaway juice cups (to make it seem presentable). Now I'm sorry, if that's what we wanted, we would have popped into Coles and bought a couple of those 200ml juice bottles for like $3 each - the same thing. Instead we get charged $16 for them. Absolute disgrace guys! I'm surprised you even insult the people of the Hills District like that and think it's okay... I hope you take this on board as a business.

  This place has a bad vibe.
  Staff were not interested in customer service.
  They were more interested in socialising than tending to paying customers.
  Coffee was ok, hence the two stars.
  Probably won't be back.
